WHO IS EMMELINE

Hey there --

I am Emme -- the creator and curator of EMMELINE. I am also a lover of:

·         My two boys (Bird + Bone)
·         Mustard yellow
·         Moscow Mules (in Mason jars)
·         And much more

Many of the items in EMMELINE'S rental collection were hunted + gathered for my own wedding in 2010 (oh, how I wish something like this had existed then!), but my collection started long before then (I bought my first tea set from a flea market when I was five years old – I knew it would be perfect for the party I was hosting for three dolls and a stuffed bear named Hugo). And my collection has been growing ever since. And growing. And growing.

When I wasn’t serving tea to Hugo and his lady friends or flea marketing with my own Mama, I was drawing paper dolls and designing invitations for my many imaginary friends (and as I got older – for real ones).

This little blog is a glimpse into the everyday inspiration that goes into curating and creating for EMMELINE. It's a little bit of everything I think is lovely.
